I-4 Ultimate Traffic Advisory

ORLANDO, Fla. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and I-4 Ultimate crews continue to make exceptional progress along Interstate 4 (I-4) and State Road (S.R.) 408 in downtown Orlando.

As closures and detours continue in the area, it is important for motorists to pay extra attention to signage along the corridor as there may be changes to familiar routes.

To access eastbound S.R. 408 from westbound I-4, drivers should plan to take one of the three suggested routes below on Monday.

Exit westbound I-4 at Ivanhoe Boulevard. Travel south on Orange Avenue and turn left on Anderson Street to get on eastbound S.R. 408.

Exit westbound I-4 at Anderson Street. Turn left on Anderson Street and follow signs to eastbound S.R. 408.

Exit westbound I-4 at westbound S.R. 408. Then exit S.R. 408 at Orange Blossom Trail and enter eastbound S.R. 408 from Orange Blossom Trail.

Drivers should avoid distractions, adjust their speed, and allow plenty of extra time to navigate the downtown area.

Modifications or extensions to these schedules may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
