Upcoming Nighttime Closures of Northbound and Southbound I-95
 Various Ramp Closures at the I-4 and U.S. 92 Interchanges

 

Volusia County As soon as tonight, motorists in the Daytona Beach area should anticipate various closures within the Interstate 95 (I-95) Widening and Systems Interchange project limits. Work will require the closure of southbound I-95 from LPGA Boulevard to U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard/ISB) tonight, Feb. 4 and the closure of northbound I-95 from Interstate 4 (I-4) to LPGA Boulevard on Wednesday night, Feb. 6. In addition to these closures, there also will be various ramp closures at the I-4 and U.S. 92 (ISB) interchanges. Closures and posted detours are as follows, in date order:   

When: Monday, Feb. 4, from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

What: Closure of Southbound I-95 from LPGA Boulevard to U.S. 92 (ISB)

How it will work: Traffic will be directed to take Exit 265 for LPGA Boulevard then to Tomoka Farms Road south to U.S. 92 (ISB), where southbound I-95 will be accessible.

 

When: Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

(Wednesday, Feb. 6 and Thursday, Feb. 7 are backup dates)

What: Closure of Northbound I-95 from I-4 to LPGA Boulevard including the On Ramp from Westbound Beville Road (State Road (S.R.) 400) to Northbound I-95

How it will work: Traffic will be directed to exit onto Beville Road (S.R. 400) and take Williamson Boulevard north to LPGA Boulevard, where northbound I-95 will be accessible. Westbound Beville Road (S.R. 400) traffic will be directed to take Williamson Boulevard north to LPGA Boulevard to access northbound I-95. The ramp from westbound Beville Road (S.R. 400) to I-4 will be open.

 

When: Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

What: Closure of the Exit Ramp from Northbound I-95 to Westbound I-4

How it will work: Traffic will exit at Beville Road (S.R. 400) and take Williamson Boulevard north to U.S. 92 (ISB) west to enter I-4.

 

When: Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

What: Closure of the On Ramp from U.S. 92 (ISB) to Northbound I-95

How it will work: Traffic will take Williamson Boulevard north to LPGA Boulevard to enter northbound I-95.

 

When: Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

What: Closure of the Northbound I-95 Collector Distributor Road including the Exit Ramp to U.S. 92 (ISB) and the On Ramp from Eastbound I-4 to Northbound I-95

How it will work: Traffic on Northbound I-95 and eastbound I-4 will be directed to exit onto Beville Road (S.R. 400) and take Williamson Boulevard north to U.S. 92 (ISB) or continue north on Williamson Boulevard to LPGA Boulevard to access northbound I-95.

 

When: Thursday, Feb. 7, from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.

What: Closure of the On Ramp from Eastbound and Westbound U.S. 92 (ISB) to Southbound I-95

How it will work: Traffic will be directed to take Williamson Boulevard south to Beville Road (S.R. 400), where southbound I-95 will be accessible.
