Upcoming Closures on the I-95 Widening and Systems Interchange Project
Nightly full closure of the ISB and I-95 Interchange, various ramp closures at the I-95 and I-4 interchange

Volusia County Motorists in the Daytona Beach area should anticipate multiple nighttime full closures of the International Speedway Boulevard(ISB) and Interstate 95 (I-95) interchange. Also, various ramp closures are scheduled at the Interstate (I-4) and I-95 interchange. All closures are from 10 p.m. 6 a.m., and are part of the I-95 widening and systems interchange project. The closures and posted detours are as follows:

When: Sunday, Dec. 9 through Tuesday, Dec. 11 nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Wednesday, Dec. 12 backup date)
What: Full Closure of ISB at the I-95 interchange in both directions, including the Eastbound ISB on ramp to Northbound I-95 and the Southbound I-95 off ramp to Eastbound ISB
How it will work: Traffic will be detoured using Tomoka Farms Road, Bellevue Avenue and Williamson Boulevard.

When: Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Thursday, Dec. 13 backup date)
What: Closure of Westbound ISB at I-95 Interchange
How it will work: Westbound ISB traffic will be directed to take Williamson Boulevard south to Bellevue Avenue to Tomoka Farms Road to ISB.

When: Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
What: Closure of the on ramp from Northbound I-95 to ISB
How it will work: Northbound I-95 traffic will be directed to exit onto Beville Road and take Williamson Boulevard north to ISB.

When: Thursday, Dec. 13 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
What: Closure of the on ramp from Westbound Beville Road to Northbound I-95
How it will work: Westbound Beville Road traffic will be directed to take Williamson Boulevard north to LPGA Boulevard, where Northbound I-95 will be accessible.

When: Thursday, Dec. 13 from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.
What: Closure of the on ramp from Eastbound I-4 to Northbound I-95
How it will work: Eastbound I-4 traffic will be directed to exit at Beville Road and take Williamson Boulevard north to ISB, where Northbound I-95 will be accessible.

What: Closure of the on ramp from Eastbound ISB to Northbound I-95
How it will work: Eastbound ISB traffic will be directed to take Williamson Boulevard north to LPGA, where Northbound I-95 will be accessible.

When: Thursday, Dec. 13 from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.
What: Closure of the off ramp from Northbound I-95 to ISB
How it will work: Northbound I-95 traffic will be directed to exit at Beville Road and take Williamson Boulevard north to ISB.


When: Thursday, Dec. 13 from 10 p.m. 6 a.m.
What: Northbound I-95 collector distributor road closed including the off ramps from Northbound I-95 to Westbound I-4 and ISB
How it will work: Northbound I-95 traffic will be directed to exit at Beville Road and take Williamson Boulevard north to access ISB and I-4.
