Orlando - A temporary configuration of eastbound Interstate 4 (I-4) Exit 75B is scheduled to open by the morning of Wednesday, October 17.

The temporary ramp will require motorists to exit on the left side of eastbound I-4 to Grand National Drive. The current eastbound I-4 exit ramp to northbound Kirkman Road (State Road 435) is closing to construct a new exit ramp.

A new traffic signal on Grand National Drive will control traffic movements from the temporary eastbound I-4 exit. To access northbound Kirkman Road, motorist can turn left onto Grand National Drive from the temporary exit ramp and the turn left onto Major Boulevard to reach Kirkman Road.

When the I-4 Ultimate project is completed in 2021, the ramps at the Grand National Drive overpass will provide direct connection to I-4 Express Lanes. The newly constructed eastbound I-4 exit ramp to northbound Kirkman Road is scheduled to reopen in summer 2019.
