Monday, August 24 through Friday, August 28, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a right shoulder closure on the northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 (Exit 223), as well as closures on the northbound and southound inside shoulders. All exits will remain open at all times.
These closures are needed for ramp widening work and restoration. The ramp will be temporarily reduced to 11 ft wide as this work takes place. The daytime shoulder closures are necessary for guardrail and ditch pavement work.

Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Pineda Causeway (S.R. 404)
Sunday, August 23, through Monday, August 24: The on-ramp from Pineda Causeway to northbound I-95 will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, concluding on Tuesday, August 25.
- Motorists who wish to access northbound I-95 from Pineda Causeway may travel north on Wickham Road from Pineda Causeway east of the interchange, continue on Wickham Road as it curves west, then proceed west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
- Motorists who wish to access northbound I-95 from Pineda Causeway may also travel north on Lake Andrew Drive from Pineda Causeway west of the interchange, turn right onto eastbound Wickham Road, and proceed east to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Wickham Road
Tuesday, August 25: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Wickham Road (Exit 191) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Wednesday, August 26.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access Wickham Road (Exit 191) should continue north and take the exit for Viera Boulevard (Exit 193). From there, turn left onto Viera Boulevard, immediately re-enter southbound I-95, and proceed to the Wickham Road exit (Exit 191).
Wednesday, August 26: The on-ramp from Wickham Road to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Thursday, August 27.
- Motorists who wish to access northbound I-95 from Wickham Road may travel north on Murrell Road from Wickham Road east of the interchange, turn left onto westbound Viera Boulevard, and proceed west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
- Motorists who wish to access northbound I-95 from Wickham Road may also travel north on Lake Andrew Drive from Wickham Road west of the interchange, turn right onto eastbound Viera Boulevard, and proceed east to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.

Thursday, August 27: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Fiske Boulevard (Exit 195) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Friday, August 28.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access Fiske Boulevard (Exit 195) should take the prior exit for Viera Boulevard (Exit 193), turn left onto westbound Viera Boulevard, turn right onto northbound Stadium Parkway, and continue north as Stadium Parkway becomes Fiske Boulevard.

Traffic Advisory: Traffic Shift Planned for South Patrick Drive at Banana River Drive Starting August 2
Motorists are advised that a traffic shift will be implemented on South Patrick Drive (State Road (S.R.) 513) at Banana River Drive, between Pine Tree Drive and Indrio Boulevard, beginning as early as Sunday, August 2.
This traffic shift is expected to remain in place for approximately three months as the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) performs utility work. This work is part of FDOT’s resurfacing project on South Patrick Drive from Eau Gallie Boulevard (S.R. 518) to Patrick Space Force Base.
As part of the shift, traffic traveling northbound on South Patrick Drive will be redirected to travel on the southbound side of the roadway, with one lane maintained in each direction.
Access from South Patrick Drive to eastbound Banana River Drive will be closed for the duration of this traffic configuration.
- Motorists wishing to access eastbound Banana River Drive from South Patrick Drive are advised to use eastbound Eau Gallie Boulevard (south of Banana River Drive) or eastbound Desoto Parkway (north of Banana River Drive) to access S.R. A1A as an alternate north-south route to navigate around the work zone.
Access from Banana River Drive west across South Patrick Drive will also be unavailable.
- Motorists on Banana River Drive east of South Patrick Drive are advised to use S.R. A1A to access westbound Eau Gallie Boulevard to the south or westbound Desoto Parkway to the north to travel to South Patrick Drive.
Please refer to the attached detour map for routes.
Periodic single-lane closures outside of the traffic shift location will occur during both daytime and nighttime hours. The speed limit will remain 40 mph throughout the corridor.
FDOT advises motorists to reduce their speed, follow posted signage, and exercise extra caution in the work zone. Construction schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

As part of ongoing safety improvements, the closed lane at Lakemoor Boulevard will be utilized for a pedestrian detour. The closure is necessary to allow crews to perform drainage operations, remove concrete sidewalk, and conduct other miscellaneous construction activities.
Motorists should expect minor traffic pattern adjustments in the area, remain alert, use caution while traveling through the work zone, and follow all posted signs and directions.
