OVERVIEW: A company requesting a debriefing meeting may only have ONE 30-minute debriefing meeting per project, no matter if prior to or after the final selection is complete. The debriefing meeting will be held with available DD (Department Designee) or TRC members as appropriate. Projects are removed from the Debriefing Meeting list three months after Final Selection is made.
MEETINGS PRIOR TO FINAL SELECTION: If a company requests a debriefing meeting to be scheduled prior to the final selection being complete, another debriefing meeting after final selection will not be granted. The information which can be reviewed is ONLY what the company submitted. Comparison of other company submittals will not be permitted.
MEETINGS AFTER FINAL SELECTION: If a company requests a debriefing meeting to be scheduled after the final selection has been made, it is expected the company has reviewed all documents to be discussed prior to attending the debriefing meeting. Remember the meeting is only 30 minutes long. The information which can be discussed during the meeting includes all documents submitted for the project. District Five Procurement Services post the submitted documents as soon as possible after Final Selection. If you have any questions regarding the documents or problems accessing the documents, please contact the D5 Procurement Office directly at D5-Procurement_Services@dot.state.fl.us.

In the memo portion of the self-generated e-mail, please provide several dates
(Monday through Thursdays only) you are available and the window of time for each day.
EXAMPLE: 3/20/2020 10:00-4:00;
3/21/2020 1:00-5:00; 3/26/2020 9:00-12:00; 4/2/2020 9:00 - 4:30
Please note: Due to the busy schedules of our TRC staff, it is best to request meetings
several weeks in advance.
Projects are removed from the Debriefing Meeting list three months
after Final Selection is made.
