About
The project is to extend Pomegranate Avenue in Sanford southward from where it currently ends at 3rd Street to provide a new overpass above the CSX railroad spur. The Pomegranate Avenue extension will end at 8th Street creating a new stop sign controlled 'T' intersection approximately 400 feet east of Persimmon Avenue.
