The purpose of this project is to enhance capacity and safety along NE 36th Avenue from north of NE 25th Street to NE 35th Street, a distance of 0.72 miles.  The project proposes to widen this segment of NE 36th Avenue from two to four lanes. Proposed right of way for this section is 100 feet.  Right of way acquisition for proposed pond locations is expected.
