This project calls for widening NE 25th Avenue from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway from north of NE 24th Street to NE 35th Street.  This project also includes sidewalks and bike lanes on both sides of the roadway, and a roundabout at NE 28th Street.
