This project calls for widening NE 25th Avenue from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway from NE 14th Street (State Road (S.R.) 492) to north of NE 24th Street.

This project also includes sidewalks and bike lanes on both sides of the roadway, a bridge over the CSX railroad crossing, and a roundabout at NE 24th Street.

This project has been placed on hold indefinitely.
