The goal of this project is to resolve the flooding issue on State Road 25/500/U.S. 27/301/441 (South Pine Avenue) by replacing the existing storm sewer pipe and drainage structures from Southeast 10th Avenue to Southeast 31st Street. Work will also include milling and resurfacing, roadway widening, reconstructing curb and gutters, installing sidewalks, upgrading signing and pavement markings, and updating underground components of lighting and traffic signals.
