The project includes reconstructing SR 200 to a rural four lane divided roadway, with a total right-of-way of 200 feet throughout the project. The proposed typical section is a rural four-lane divided roadway with two twelve-foot travel lanes in each direction separated by a forty-foot median. It consists of six-foot inside shoulders with only two feet paved; and an eight-foot outside shoulder with only five feet paved. This section of the roadway contains two proposed wildlife crossing bridges, single proposed Equestrian crossing bridge and a trail access bridge. Wild life fence will be extended along portions of the FDOT right of way that is adjacent to public land. The right of way necessary to build the project has already been acquired, however currently there is no funding for construction.
