Traffic Pacing Alert on I-95
Volusia County—The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and contractor Lane Construction Corporation will be performing a nighttime traffic pacing operation for Interstate 95 (I-95) on Sunday, September 13, 2015.
Traffic pacing, or rolling roadblock, is a traffic control technique to slow, but not stop traffic on freeways while work is being done. The traffic pacing operation will safely enable the installation of a sign panel on a directional sign structure located just north of the State Road (SR) 44 exit.
The duration of the operation will be two hours and will occur between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Only the southbound lanes on I-95 between the exits for SR 44 and Dunlawton Avenue/exit 260 will be affected.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances could delay or prolong work. For updates, visit www.cflroads.com.
