Open House on a New Traffic Signal Design on North Orange Blossom Trail at Rosamond Drive in Orlando

Orange County, Fla. - The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is designing plans to construct a new traffic signal on North Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441) at Rosamond Drive in Orlando. This safety project also includes improving the intersection's traffic operations and installing pedestrian ramps, lighting, signal and crosswalks. Construction is expected to begin by summer 2023.

The community may learn more about the project at an open house Thursday, Nov. 7, at the Rosemont Neighborhood Center, 4872 Rose Bay Drive in Orlando. Attendees may come anytime between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to review project displays and to hold one-on-one conversations with the FDOT project team. There will be no project presentation.
