NB U.S. 17/92 in DeBary Temporarily Closed

Volusia County  Northbound U.S. 17/92 at Hollow Pine Drive in DeBary is temporarily closed to all traffic to allow the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to investigate and repair a depression in the road. Geotech study on scene suggests the depression is a sinkhole that opened in the right lane. Work is underway to reopen the left lane of northbound U.S. 17/92.

With northbound U.S. 17/92 closed in the immediate area, traffic is being detoured. Suggested detour is eastbound Highbanks Road, to northbound Enterprise Road, to westbound Saxon Boulevard. Access to residences and businesses will be maintained.
