Eastbound Lake Mary Boulevard Detour to Start Tonight

Seminole County Motorists be advised that eastbound lanes on Lake Mary Boulevard at U.S. 17/92 will be closed starting tonight at 8:30 p.m. through 6 a.m. Monday, June 4.

 

Both left turn lanes, as well as the two through lanes, will be closed. However, the right turn lane will serve as a through lane.

 

Eastbound Lake Mary Boulevard traffic that needs to access northbound U.S. 17/92 will be directed to turn right onto College Drive, left onto Country Home Road, and then left onto U.S. 17/92 (see attached map).

 

The work is part of a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) project to widen U.S. 17/92 from four to six lanes from Shepard Road to Lake Mary Boulevard.

 

Please note construction schedules may change due to weather or other circumstances. Updates will be available on the FDOT's Central Florida website www.CFLRoads.com.
