The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a Project Visioning Team (PVT) meeting as part of the Concept Development study of State Road (S.R.) 518 from S.R. 513 to S.R. A1A in Brevard County, Florida to which all persons are invited.

 

DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, March 20, 2018; 10:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m.

PLACE: Indian Harbour Beach City Hall, Council Chambers, 2055 S. Patrick Dr., Indian Harbour Beach, FL

 

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:  The PVT is an advisory group (not an independent decision-making board) that assists FDOT by providing jurisdictional, policy, technical, and administrative guidance throughout the project. The PVT will meet to discuss concepts as recommended in the previous Eau Gallie Beachside Concept Planning Study, which identified multimodal improvements to provide safe and efficient operations for all modes of transportation on S.R. 518. This meeting will focus on a review of the potential options being considered; the next step after this PVT meeting will be to hold a public meeting and selection of a recommended option to move into future phases of project development and/or design.
