Titusville The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is providing project support to Florida East Coast Railway, LLC so they can conduct reconstruction work at the SR-405/South St. railroad crossing.  The reconstruction will replace the current railroad crossing surface. Motorists will encounter detours lasting three nights beginning at 6:00 a.m., Sunday, June 18, 2017.  Traffic flow is anticipated to return to normal at 6:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

The South Street detours are:

Westbound South St.:             North on US-1/Washington Ave.
West on Main St.

                                                South on Deleon Ave.

                                                                                                           

Eastbound: South St.:             North on Deleon Ave.

East on Main St.

                                                South on US-1/Hopkins Ave.

Motorists should be alert for construction personnel and equipment along the construction corridor. Motorists are urged to use caution and drive with care.
