THIRD AGENCY PROJECT ADVISORY GROUP (APAG) MEETING TO DISCUSS THE INTERSTATE 4 (I-4) POINCIANA PARKWAY CONNECTOR
 

Kissimmee – The third Agency Project Advisory Group (APAG) meeting for the Interstate 4 (I-4) Poinciana Parkway Connector Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study is being hosted by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Osceola County Administration Building – BCC Chambers, 1 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741.
 

The purpose of the PD&E Study is to evaluate new or enhanced roadway connection(s) from I-4 to the greater Poinciana area in Osceola and Polk Counties. This meeting is being held to present a project update and the results of the corridor analysis and evaluation known as the Alternative Corridor Evaluation (ACE) process and to obtain comments on the corridors that are recommended for further evaluation. The APAG consists of environmental resource agencies that have permitting and/or approval authority, other governmental and non-governmental organizations, and other interested stakeholders. Members of the APAG will provide input into the development and evaluation of transportation improvement options at this meeting and throughout the duration of the project.
