Public Information Meeting

Resurfacing Project Slated for 2017

Cape Canaveral - The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is hosting a public information meeting regarding plans for upcoming resurfacing improvements along SR AIA (George King Boulevard /SR 528) in Cape Canaveral.

The project limits extend from the start of SR 528 to the pavement change south of George King Boulevard. This project is funded for construction in the winter of 2017. The estimated construction cost is $2.5 million.

The meeting is scheduled Monday, October 12, at the Cape Canaveral Public Library, 201 Polk Ave. in Cape Canaveral, FL. This meeting will be an open house-format from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., where attendees may discuss the project with the FDOT team.
