Orlando – Crews will close a couple Orlando streets as work progresses on the SunRail project. The streets impacted by the closure are:
• Closing between W. Columbia Street and Raleigh Street to reconfigure Hughey Avenue into a one-way (southbound), one lane road.
• Closes Monday, October 29 at 7 a.m. and reopens by Monday, November 19 at 7 p.m.
West Columbia Street:
• Closure is at the railroad crossing to rebuild the crossing and upgrade signal equipment.
• Closes Wednesday, October 31 at 7 a.m. and reopens Monday, November 12 at 3 a.m.
Traffic will be directed to use Division Avenue, Lucerne Avenue and West Gore Street as detours around the work.
