The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is holding a public information meeting regarding the planned intersection improvements at the US 92 (SR 600), also known as International Speedway Boulevard, and Nova Road (SR 5A) intersection in Volusia County.

The project consists of milling and resurfacing of the intersection, an additional left turn lane for US 92 eastbound to Nova Road northbound, new mast arms, restriping for bicycle lanes from Clyde Morris Boulevard to Harney Street, and other minor improvements.  Access to all businesses adjacent to the improvements will be maintained throughout the construction period.  Final design will be completed in December 2012. The project is funded for construction to take place in spring 2013.

The meeting will be held Monday, March 5, 2012 in the Daytona Beach City Hall Commission Chambers, 301 South Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. It is a Public Information Meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will end at 7:00 p.m.  The presentation slideshow is also available online at www.cflroads.com:
