Traffic Advisory: Lane Closures on I-4 in Volusia and Seminole Counties

 

 

Volusia and Seminole County– Motorists need to be on the look-out for construction work next week on Interstate 4 in Seminole and Volusia Counties at the St. Johns River Bridge. Crews are performing asphalt repairs to both east and west bound I-4 between the Dirksen Road Interchange (MM 108) in Volusia County to the Orange Blvd Bridge (MM 104) in Seminole County.  Milling and resurfacing operations are occurring at each of the bridge approaches on mainline I-4, as well as on the westbound on-ramp from US 17-92.

Paving operations will also take place the week of May 8th, and the schedule could change based on the weather or other circumstances.

 

The Florida Department of Transportation reminds drivers to be careful and all vehicle occupants buckle up. Safety belts save lives.
