Interchange Construction in Brevard County [428238-1] View Project
  • Tuesday, September 4th, 2018 to Sunday, November 25th, 2018

    Sunday-Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., I-95 northbound and southbound single lane closures for construction of new interchange.

    Sunday-Tuesday, 8:30 p.m. to 8 a.m., I-95 northbound double lane closures for construction of new interchange.

    Sunday- Tuesday, 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., double I-95 southbound double lane closures for construction of new interchange.

    Sunday- Tuesday, Daytime and nighttime lane closures will occur on Viera Boulevard for a deck pore operation

  • Friday, November 9th, 2018 to Monday, November 19th, 2018

    Starting Friday, Nov. 9, Greenbriar Parkway at Sand Lake Road will be closed to allow the contractor to reconstruct the street connection. A detour will be in effect from 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9 to 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19.
    To access Greenbriar Parkway from Sand Lake Road, traffic will be directed to travel north on Kirkman Road and east on Carrier Drive.
    For those who need to travel on Sand Lake Road, traffic will be directed to travel west on Carrier Drive and then south on Kirkman Road to the appropriate Sand Lake entrance ramp.

  • Sunday, November 18th, 2018 to Monday, November 19th, 2018

    8 p.m. to 7 a.m.
    Eastbound and westbound alternating lane closures from Universal Boulevard to John Young Parkway. Contractor will continue to work on temporary barrier walls and crash cushions in various locations. They will also have various lane closures for Shingle Creek bridge work in both eastbound and westbound directions and for drainage/force main/ water main work.

  • Sunday, November 11th, 2018 to Saturday, November 24th, 2018

    Continuous closure and detour North Charles Street: N. Charles Street will be closed to through traffic between International Speedway Boulevard and Oak Street in Daytona Beach to accommodate storm pipe installation. Traffic will be directed around the work area using Segrave Street, Mary McLeod Bethune Boulevard and Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard. Access to local residents and businesses will be maintained.
