• Widen from 4 to 6 lanes from S. of SR 514 (Malabar Rd.) to N. of CR 516 (Palm Bay Rd.) (MP 12.415 – 16.588), mill & resurface existing pavement including ramps at Malabar Rd. and Palm Bay Rd., and Accel/Decel lanes at all ramps.
• Drainage work to include ponds within FDOT Right-of-Way.
• Structural work to include modifications to I-95 bridge over Malabar Rd., widening of Melbourne-Tillman Canal bridges, and cantilever sign foundations.
• ITS work to include necessary modifications to existing infrastructure.
• Upgrade signing and/or lighting to current FDOT standards at SR 514 (Malabar Rd.), CR 516 (Palm Bay Rd.), SR 500 (US 192), SR 518 (Eau Gallie Blvd.), and SR 528 (Beach Line) interchanges.
• Underdeck bridge lighting.
