• Widen from 4-lane rural roadway to 6-lane divided urban roadway with curbed grass median, sidewalks, and irrigation sleeves from SR 414 (Maitland Blvd.) to Lotus Landing Blvd. (MP 0.063 – 0.776); Mill & resurface existing 4 lanes
• Closed drainage system within existing FDOT Right-of-Way (no ponds will be constructed with this project)
• Noise wall along east side of roadway from Hill View Dr. to south of Lotus Landing Blvd.
• Signalization to include new mast arms at Lotus Landing Blvd. and replacement of traffic loops
• Signing and pavement marking to current FDOT standards
• Utility coordination and relocation is anticipated, including a Utility Work by Highway Contractor with the City of Altamonte Springs
