The project involves the widening and reconstruction of SR 15 from a two lane roadway to a four lane divided roadway. The design includes a curb and gutter roadway with two11-foot travel lanes, a 4-foot bike lane, a 5-foot sidewalk in each direction separated by a 22-foot grassed median.
