This Project includes a gateway arch spanning Kennedy Blvd at the west end of the project and gateway pylons at the east end; improvements to existing Hardscape, landscape, irrigation, site furnishings, and interpretive signage, development and design of public art; drainage structures, and development and design of selected beautification areas.

- Kennedy Blvd will be closed fron East Street to Gabriel Avenue for concrete columns, landscapping and irrigation work. Traffic will be detoured onto Clark Street.
