The purpose of the project is rehabilitate the northbound roadway by milling and repaving to extend the life of the pavement. A 5-foot bike lane keyhole will be provided at Rockledge Drive. Southbound work is restricted to specific items intended to improve safety, ADA accessibility, and bicycle needs.
