Edgewater– The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is providing project support to Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) as it conducts reconstruction work at the State Road (SR) 442/Indian River Blvd. railroad crossing. The reconstruction replaces the current crossing surface.

 

Motorists will encounter detours lasting three nights beginning at 7:00 a.m., Sunday, May 13, 2012. Traffic flow is anticipated to return to normal at 6:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 16, 2012

 

The SR-442/Indian River Blvd. detours are:

 


Eastbound SR-442/Indian River Blvd.:    South on Hibiscus Dr.
                                                                        East on 26th Street
                                                                        North on Guava Dr.
                                                                        East on SR-442/Indian River Blvd.

 


                                                                                                                       
Westbound SR-442/Indian River Blvd.:   South on Guava Dr.
                                                                        West on 26th Street
                                                                        North on Hibiscus Dr.
                                                                        West on SR-442/Indian River Blvd.
