Project Extends from the Indian River County Line to just south of the City of Palm Bay

 

Brevard County – Motorists will see a major overhaul of I-95 in southern Brevard County as work is now underway to add lanes and rehab the Interstate.

 

The construction is occurring in the middle of the Interstate. Access is being maintained to both the northbound and southbound rest areas on this stretch. The project also includes replacing the bridges over C-54 Canal and Fellsmere Canal, and widening the bridges over Sotile Canal.

 

Motorists should expect single lane closures occurring overnight—periodically—during the duration of the project.
