About
The purpose of the project is to resurface State Road (S.R.) 100 from east of N. Palmetto Road in Bunnell to east of Old Kings Road in Palm Coast to extend the service life of the existing roadway. Improvements include constructing 6-foot-wide sidewalk to close sidewalk gaps where existing right of way allows and improving pedestrian features at intersections within the project limits. The project also plans to upgrade traffic signals at two existing intersections with new signal poles and install Wrong Way Driving devices at the I-95 interchange off-ramps.

Lane Closures

Sunday, May 12, through Thursday, May 16, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly, Motorists should expect eastbound and westbound inside lane closures on S.R. 100 from N. Palmetto Street to east of Old Kings Road for milling and paving operations.
The contractor will be paving the median crossovers and left turn lanes. All structural asphalt in the mainlines have been completed. Please reduce your speed approaching the work zone.
The contractor will also be working on concrete sidewalk starting at the east end of the job from Old Kings Road on the south side of the roadway and working west.
